Over the past 10 year I have always wanted to climb Wedge Mountain. There is something about its beautiful shape and landscape that could not escape my mind. My good friend Mark Therriault also has a big dream that he shared with me 6 months back. This dream, that he is making a reality, is to climb the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. Over the next 9 months we will be documenting Mark’s journey to Everest. With no hesitation Mark replied to my invite to climb Wedge with a “YES”. Continue reading

Shattered – Tyler Stableford
This is the first artistic short that I have seen narrated with poetry. In classic poetry form this is not the most up lifting film, but it shines reality on what happens to elite athletes once they have hit thier peak. Episode 4 – Climbing V2
I had always wanted to try climbing so I gave it a shot about 3-4 months ago. I naturally fell in love with the challenge. Here is a short on one of my latest problem @ The Richmond Cliffhanger. Enjoy!
Mount Shasta, CA – Summit 14,180 ft.

2300km drive – 14,180ft climb – 3 days
Last weekend Matt Dickson, Allen Campbell, Ryan Wasell & I successfully summited the top of Mt. Shasta. Day 1 our trusted leader Matt Dickson guided us up Green Butte ridge where we spent the night at 10,000 ft. 3AM Day 2 we set out for the summit via Sargent’s ridge. Approximately at 1:00pm all 4 of us stood strong on the 14,180 ft peak. Amazing weather, perfect conditions, challenging route and a bomb proof crew summed up a trip that will not be forgotten.
