My friends and I heard a rumour that someone opened up a crab shack on the docks in Steveston. We decided to find out if this was true by paddling from my place to the dock’s in style. We launched my friend’s canoe and departed on our journey. It was a perfect day to paddle on the inside of Shady Island. As we got closer to Steveston I realized that this rumour was reality. We paddled up to “The Crab King” where they even had a gate for small boats to tie up and safely enter the shack. This was an all around great afternoon with good friends, food & adventure.
